Service and responsibilities
Mayicookies provides configurable consent mechanics, installation tools, and records. Customers authorize their domains, configure scripts and notices, and test tag behavior. It does not provide legal advice, automatic legal compliance, or Google CMP certification.
Subscriptions and allowances
Prices are in EUR per workspace, billed monthly or once a year. Annual plans do not increase or pool twelve months of usage: allowances reset each calendar month. Sites share the workspace's monthly record allowance. Every saved choice counts, including rejection and preference changes; a returning pageview alone does not create a record. At the limit, new optional grants are blocked until the next calendar month or an upgrade. Rejection and withdrawal remain available and recordable. Newly granted optional scripts wait for a confirmed record. No automatic overage fees.
Enterprise
Enterprise allowances and commercial terms require a separate agreement. A manually assigned access grant is not evidence of a payment.
Review before offering contracts
Approved terms must cover billing periods, cancellation, taxes, availability, support, liability, processing agreements, and governing law. This draft does not invent those commitments.
